Abstract: Continuing from the first part, this text proceeds with critical considerations on commercial arbitration, strongly supported by comparative Law, covering themes such as, for example, the selection of the arbitrators and substantive norms, public policies and mandatory rules, the possibility of award review and annulment, connections between arbitration and mediation, in addition to many other themes.
